The Roots were the headliners of the charity concert, which was put together by Marc Ecko, with all funds going towards saving the remaining Rhino population. The event was held at Summer Stage in Central Park, NYC and featured opening acts Boot Camp Clik, MF Doom, De La Soul and DJ Premier with special guests Mos Def, Sadat X and Dres (of Black Sheep). Central Park was packed with hip hop fans shoulder to shoulder in scorching heat (i never sweat so much in my life), but The Roots were not phased by the heat and rocked New York City through the night. As a special added treat, we included De La Soul's complete set as well for your aural pleasure.
